As I learned yesterday morning - 55 mph was a bit more speed than my stock suspension cobalt on street tires was capable of sustaining though a slalom. With 40 psi in the rears the car was rotating very well and I decided to just try and throw it at corners, which worked great - for a bit...
This tactic worked particularly well in the slalom and each run I was getting progressively faster (or so I thought) through that particular section. On the last run of the day I went balls-out and apparently breached the adhesion limit of my humble GT Radials. According to the speedometer I was traveling at roughly 50 mph when I tapped the brakes and the ABS cut in extremely aggressively annnnnd:
Terminal, horrible, terrifying, endless UNDERSTEER.
I somehow missed the timing box. I really didn't want to be that guy.
Now I just need one of these:
And here is my actual fastest run of the day:

next time! I suspect that the previous owner has installed some questionable brake pads into the Brembos as well. I will find out soon enough.

You definitely need to pull the ESP/TCS fuse(s).
You should try stabbing the brakes during transitions approaching the apex to get the car to rotate. Auto-X is about smoothness in a car with the suspension/tires to generate 1g, but in a street car with no tuning and street tires, you might have to do some unnatural things to upset the vehicle's dynamics in your favor.
Inflate your rear tires to near the max rated pressure on the sidewall (usually 44 - 51psi depending on the size, but you need to check - don't take my word for it.) Depending on how much static negative camber you run up front, you might need to inflate the front tires a good bit over the recommended pressure just to be sure you don't chew up the sidewalls or worse - debead a tire.
A big rear swaybar will help steady state understeer, but you really need to get new dampers if you want to effect the dynamic (transitonal) understeer. Then you can tweak the turn in by adjusting the front and rear damping to effect the F/R dynamic roll stiffnesses.
Also of note: Most road going cars have roll understeer built into the suspension geometry. This can be a tough hurdle to overcome unless you start moving suspension/link pick-up points.

This is a lot tamer than I expected. I thought you'd come closer to the timing box than you actually did.
If you got yelled at after this, then I fear going to autocrosses in your area.

No i didn't get yelled at, but what is less evident in the video is that my first correction was for the massive lift off over-steer that resulted directly after the crazy under-steer. Also my brakes went all the way to the floor as I apparently freaked out the ABS. I didn't mean to disappoint you - I promise.
